The Associated Press is reporting that Donald Trump, who has spoken out against the planned Ground Zero mosque, has offered to buy-out the main investor in the project.

Trump is offering what the developer originally paid for the property, the lease rights for the year, plus 25%, which means the bid is more than $6 million.

The real estate mogul also attached a key condition: Any other mosque built by the developers must be more than five blocks away from Ground Zero.
