“$h*!My Dad Says” is really, really not funny

by Scott Gibbons on September 30, 2010

The Twitter-inspired sitcom premiered last week and was inexplicably brought back for a second week. It’s one bad joke after another. And to say they’re predictable is an understatement.

An older father unfamiliar with the internet? Where did that come from! The young, tech-savvy son needs to move in with grumpy, old-fashioned dad and the two have clashing personalities? So original!

By the 15-minute mark I’m willing to undergo a colonoscopy if it means not having to witness this disaster.

William Shatner is horrid, and yet the best actor on the doomed series. This is a pilot that should never have been picked up. Unless atheists are right, the show will be canceled soon.
