The San Bernardino County sheriff’s office has issued an Amber Alert for 13-year-old Victorville girl Miranda Hemphill. She was last seen with a 22-year-old Hispanic male, Ivan Lopez, who is wanted on a felony warrant for a 2009 sex crime against a minor.

The girl is 5 foot 7 inches and about 140 pounds. The suspect is also 5 foot 7 but 165 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Some information on his suspected vehicle:

He may be traveling in a gray-and-white primer-colored 1973 Chevrolet van, California license plate number 2CIW894.
