Bennet’s Campaign Requests Soft Ball Questions for Radio Interview

by Stephan Tawney on October 27, 2010

The audacity of audacity. None of the questions focus on policy. None of them focus on substance. It’s just soft ball question after soft ball question, none of which address the concerns of Colorado voters.

Clearly the Bennet campaign doesn’t want Bennet to address serious issues. They don’t want him to have to address his record. They just want him to talk about himself, and just how wonderful he is.

You have to wonder why they want him to steer clear of policy questions six days before the election. Could it because his answers would repel voters? The same goes for his record. Maybe recalling what he’s done would turn voters off?
