MediaBistro is quoting insiders at MSNBC who say commentator Keith Olbermann isn’t coming back.

Insiders we’ve talked to say Olbermann won’t be back. The question is whether he’ll leave or MSNBC keeps him off the air.

I’m not sure I buy it just yet. But I can certainly imagine Olbermann’s pride being so damaged that he refuses to return.
