This guy is very full of himself. He’ll be perfect for the next Democratic House leadership.
House Majority Whip James Clyburn (D-S.C.) said Sunday that he’s proven that he has the chops for the job of minority whip in the next Congress.
Clyburn said on CBS’ “Face the Nation” that he has exceeded “every measurement that has been used to determine success in this position,” and then some.
He said he has received positive feedback from talking to members. “They say I was a very efective spokesman for our party,” he said.
The same party that just got its collective ass handed to it in the midterm election.
Clyburn is actually, in my humble opinion, a worse spokesman than Hoyer. We can only hope Democrats pick the former to join Nancy Pelosi as the face of House Democrats.
