A 15-year-old British girl has been arrested for burning an English-language version of the Koran, BBC reports. The incident was discovered after she posted video of the burning on Facebook. As offending Muslims in any way is now effectively illegal in Britain, she was arrested and charged.
Catherine Heseltine, chief executive officer of the Muslim Public Affairs Committee, said burning the Koran was one of the most offensive acts to Muslims that she could imagine.
She said: “The Koran is the most sacred thing to over a billion Muslims worldwide.”
And so a teenager who dares to burn the book is arrested. Something tells me she would have gotten away with it if the book had instead been the Bible. You can offend all of the Christians you want, just don’t make Muslims uncomfortable in any way. That’s evidently a crime.
Britain continues to circle the drain. I give it 20 years before the country’s skylines are dominated by minarets. And any opposition to the Islamization will be prosecuted.
