A United States Marine is in stable condition after being stabbed by a Best Buy shopper who was engaged in a fight with other shoppers at the electronics store. The Marine, one Corporal Duggan, was helping out the Toys for Tots program at the time of the attack.

The suspect, 39-year-old Tracy Attaway, was supposedly trying to steal several items. Attaway was also reportedly engaged in a fight with shoppers. He has been taken into custody.

I’m entirely convinced there’s a special place in hell for individuals who try to kill uniformed Marines who are trying to gather Christmas presents for poor children.
