A nice catch by Jim Geraghty. W’s approval is now listed at 47% while Obama’s rests at 45%. My how the mighty and holy have fallen.

There’s some good news for the president, however: Obama remains a full 16 points ahead of Richard Nixon. So there’s that. Though, it should be noted, Nixon has gained some ground over the past few years. He’s now at 29% approval.
