A federal judge has ruled that at least part of government-run health care is unconstitutional.

Update: As expected, the judge found that requiring private citizens to purchase a private sector product (the individual mandate) is unconstitutional.

Update X2: I’m seeing a report that Judge Hudson severed the unconstitutional bits from the rest of the law. Not sure if it’s true. We’ll have to wait to see the actual decision.
