Senate Republicans say they’ll force a public reading of the 1,924-page, $1.1 trillion monstrosity that includes thousands of earmarks costing billions of dollars.
Democrats want to ram the legislation through as quickly as possible, and the White House says Obama will sign it despite his previous stance against earmarks.
How long is this bill? It took the Government Printing Office a full two days just to print it. You can understand my skepticism that anyone has actually read it.
