What a gruesome story. John Wheeler, a military expert and decorated veteran who served as an aide to both Bush Administrations and the Reagan Administration, has been found murdered in Delaware.

Wheeler, who was instrumental in getting the Vietnam War memorial built, was last seen on an Amtrak train last Tuesday. Today it has been confirmed that his body was found in a landfill. His death has been ruled a homicide.
