Jim Galloway at the Atlanta Journal Constitution reports that on March 8th former Speaker Newt Gingrich (R-GA) will announce an exploratory committee for the presidency. Taegan Goddard says the date coincides with what aides to the former speaker have been hinting for quite some time.
