BALOCHISTAN, PAKISTAN (BNO NEWS) -- The bodies of two missing Pakistanis - a member of a student organization and a journalist - were found on Thursday in the southwestern region of the country, local media reported.
Sadiq Baloch, a member of the Human Rights Commission Pakistan and a journalist belonging to Pasni, and Yousaf Nazar, a member of the Baloch Student Organization, were found dead in the Ormara area of Balochistan, Pakistan, the Express Tribune reported.
Five other bodies were found in the Balochistan region with several gunshot wounds during the week. According to reports from the Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP), all five of the bodies were identified, as they had all been listed as missing persons.
In the past eight months, 140 bodies filled with bullet wounds were recovered, said VBMP chairperson Nasurllah Baloch, adding that family members have blamed security personnel for killing the individuals and later dumping their bodies.
