BERLIN (BNO NEWS) -- Three suspected members of the al-Qaeda terrorist organization were arrested in Germany on Friday morning, officials said.

The office of Attorney General Monika Harms said officers from the Federal Criminal Police Office arrested three terror suspects on Wednesday morning. The statement gave no details on where they were arrested or what led to it.

More details will be released during a press conference on Saturday morning, it said.
