At least two individuals are dead following at least one bombing against government buildings in Oslo, Norway.
The “huge” explosion hit the government headquarters of Norway, but all ministers and the prime minister are safe. The prime minister has been moved to a secure location.
Police have urged people to move away from central Oslo, warning that there may be additional explosive devices. The offices of a television station have also been evacuated in response to the discovery of a suspicious device
Update: An Islamic terrorist organization has claimed responsibility.
“We have warned since the Stockholm raid of more operations & we have demanded that the countries of Europe withdraw from and the land of Afghanistan and end their war on Islam and Muslims. What you see is only the beginning and there is more to come.”
The group is apparently called Ansar al-Jihad al-Alami (Helpers of the Global Jihad).
Breaking: Local media reports — and BBC passes on, saying the prime minister has learned — that someone dressed as a policeman has opened fire at a Labour Party youth camp in Oslo.

Local media reports of several people hit. The prime minister was scheduled to attend the rally. Reports — but not confirmations — of three dead.
