Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) is feeling pretty good about himself. The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) just gave his debt ceiling proposal slightly good marks and his caucus has stood firm against balanced budgets. He’s feeling confident.

Confident enough, apparently, to declare that every single Senate Democrat will vote against Speaker John Boehner’s counter-proposal. That evidently includes Blue Dogs like Ben Nelson, Mark Pryor, and Jon Tester — all of whom face tough elections in the near future.
