Here’s the story: A military dog who served America for three tours before being disabled apparently needs to be adopted by Friday or he’ll be put down.
His name is Rocky and he uses a custom-built wheelchair. He currently lives at Camp Pendleton without an owner. Due to regulations, he can’t be released simply to any shelter. He needs a home.
If you can provide a home for Rocky, or know someone who can, get in touch here:
If you or someone you know has a big heart for this dog who put his life on the line for our country, please contact Camp Pendleton directly and immediately if you have questions about Rocky:
Spc. Joseph Ramsey: (760) 725-5527; email: joseph.t.ramsey@us.army.mil
Spc. Jade Clarke: (760) 725-5527; email: jade.clarke@us.army.mil
If you’d like to adopt Rocky, please fill out an application online.
Rocky served America lovingly and honorably. Now it’s time for Americans to repay the debt. Please, I’d do it myself but it says no really small children in the house. Time is of the essence.
