This evening, Barack Obama repeatedly and strongly demanded Congress pass his unfunded $450 billion “jobs” bill right away and without hesitation. His spinners repeated as much tonight following the speech.
Okay, so let’s pass it right away. What’s that? The bill doesn’t yet exist? Oh, okay then.
Yeah, see, Obama adviser Valerie Jarret says the bill will be composed and submitted to Congress next week. You know, the same bill Obama wants passed now and without hesitation.
How typical of this administration. Pass health care reform legislation no one has read and unfunded, $450 billion “jobs” legislation that doesn’t actually exist. Par for the course.

The press office sent no fewer than 38 emails to reporters this evening, touting the support of everyone from the Teamsters to GE (and MSNBC) executive (and Democratic donor) Jeff Immelt.
