Kansas Governor Sam Brownback (R) will tomorrow endorse Texas Governor Rick Perry for the Republican presidential nomination, Daily Caller reports. Brownback will then attend the Republican debate in Florida as Perry’s guest.

Brownback will become the third incumbent governor to endorse Perry. Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal and Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval previously endorsed their Texas counterpart. Jindal also attended an earlier Republican debate as Perry’s guest.

The governor of Kansas is a prominent social conservative who spent multiple terms in the United States Senate before being elected governor last November. He previously sought the Republican presidential nomination himself during the 2008 election.
