Zuccotti Park Owners Ask Police to Clear the Park

by Stephan Tawney on October 12, 2011

See, the Zuccotti Park location — which has been used by the Marxist protesters for several weeks as part of their “Occupy Wall Street” rally — is owned by a private company. And now that private company is tired of this crap and wants the protesters removed. So they’re asking the NYPD to remove them. After all, you become a trespasser if you’re unwelcome on private property.

The owners say these protesters have left the park in unsafe and unsanitary conditions, requiring a full cleaning of the area. Additionally there have been hundreds of complaints about lewd behavior, drug activity, groping, drinking, and denying others access to the park. Other reports indicate verbal abuse and harassment.

Not quite the flag-waving Tea Partiers who went home every night after cleaning up after themselves, huh?
