Palestinian Envoy to Canada Links Video Calling for Destruction of Jews

Canada has severed links with Palestine’s envoy to the country after she tweeted a link to a video calling for the destruction of Jews. The country is now demanding a new envoy and has banned her from Ottawa.

The diplomatic cold shoulder was sparked when Ms. Sobeh Ali took to Twitter this month to circulate a link to a video posted on YouTube, telling her followers on the social-media message system to “check this video out.”

The video shows a Palestinian girl, in tears and shouting with passion, reciting a poem in Arabic, “I am Palestinian.” The English subtitles on the video include a passage where millions are called “to a war that raze the injustice and oppression and destroy the Jews.”

Now apologists for Palestinian militarism are insisting the translation is wrong and the girl was only calling for the destruction of Zionism — that is, Israel and the cause of a Jewish homeland. The “mistranslation” excuse was also used after Mahmoud Ahmadinejad called for the destruction of Israel, even though the translators later stood by their version. There’s always another excuse for violence or calls of violence by Palestinians.

Another reason I love our neighbors to the north. All Conservatives should support Canada. Quick Decisive actions to support our allies. I like it. Maybe we could learn something by copying them.
